Please note that the initial 25% deposits are nonrefundable.

For cancellation requests submitted more than 30 days in advance of the retreat date, 100% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the retreat date, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
